1. About these terms

These terms of service apply when you visit wrahebeauty.shop or buy from WRAHE Beauty ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Please don't misuse it, try to interfere with how it works, or use it to send us anything harmful or unlawful. We may update, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.

3. Our products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and product images are for illustration. Product details and availability can change.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely at checkout. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we've already sent a confirmation.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if we do, we'll refund any payment you've made.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver across the UK, and shipping is free on every order. See our shipping page for details. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order, in line with UK consumer law.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods. On top of that, we offer a 30-day guarantee, explained on our returns page, which also covers how to start a return and how refunds work. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll make it right.

8. Using your product safely

Please read and follow the instructions supplied with your product. Our trimmers are for use on fine facial hair only. Don't use one on broken, irritated or inflamed skin, and stop using it if you notice discomfort. If you have a skin condition or any concerns, check with a healthcare professional first. Our products and website content are not medical advice.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the WRAHE name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and it doesn't affect your statutory rights. Beyond that, we're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only.

Our site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring any claim in the courts of your home country.
