Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Shipping is free on every order.
Order processing
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch as quickly as we can. You'll receive an email when it's on its way.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Under UK consumer law, we'll deliver your order within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you. If you're waiting longer than expected, get in touch and we'll look into it.
Tracking your order
You can follow your parcel on our Track Order page. Have your order number to hand.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order is sent.
Damaged, missing or wrong item
